These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MUSEHALO website and your purchase of products or services from us. By visiting our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Online store terms

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. You may not use our products, services, or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, measurements, descriptions, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, production batches, manual measurements, and photography may cause reasonable variations. Size charts should be reviewed before ordering. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, unusually large quantities, or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

4. Prices, discounts, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Discounts apply only when all stated eligibility conditions are met. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

Retail first-order offers are limited to eligible first-time retail customers and may exclude gift cards, final-sale items, wholesale orders, shipping, duties, and taxes. Wholesale offers, including any first-order discount or limited free-shipping period, require approval and are governed by the offer displayed or provided in writing. We may correct or cancel discounts applied through error, abuse, duplicate accounts, or misrepresentation.

5. Payment and billing information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own terms, fees, or currency conversion. You authorize us and our payment partners to process the amount shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by product availability, pre-order or customization schedules, carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control. 7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for eligible returned items after discounts. Promotional benefits, gifts, and free-shipping offers do not have separate cash value.

8. Wholesale, bulk, pre-order, OEM, and custom orders

Wholesale, bulk, pre-order, made-to-order, OEM, and customized purchases may require separate written terms covering minimum quantities, samples, deposits, production, delivery, quality tolerances, intellectual property, and cancellation. If separate written terms conflict with these Terms, the separately agreed terms control for that order.

9. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree that transactional communications may be sent to the contact information you provide. Marketing communications are optional and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The MUSEHALO name, website design, text, graphics, logos, product photography, and other site content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy law.

12. Third-party services and links

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, social platforms, and apps. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Product-care, sizing, and use instructions must be followed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUSEHALO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the remedy and amount required by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MUSEHALO against claims or losses caused by your unlawful use of the site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The updated date will appear above. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
